Mobile, Alabama BayFest 2014: Stone Temple Pilots, Alabama and Ludacris all in one night

The 20th annual Bayfest Music Festival in historic downtown Mobile promises to be stellar this year, with a mix of artists to suit a variety of tastes, including Stone Temple Pilots, Ludacris and Alabama all on different stages at the same time on opening night. Beat that! Decisions, decisions, but with these choices concert fans should have a great time. Hangout Day 2: Fitz and the Tantrums Put on One

Day 2 of the Hangout Fest included the robust set put on by a crowd favorite Fitz and the Tantrums on one of the smaller stages at the venue. Queens and Keys Rock Gulf Shores, Alabama

A cool breeze blew off the Gulf of Mexico at Gulf Shores, Alabama as Queens of the Stone Age took to the Chevrolet stage and demonstrated they are indeed still those people, those men who look after the women of other men, when those men fail to do so. You could not ask for more gorgeous weather for the Gulf Shores Hangout Music Festival, which kicked off yesterday. Mobile Tribune is headed over today and will catch Queens of the Stone Age. Don’t know yet who else we will see this afternoon but do have some interviews lined up in the Red Bull Tent tomorrow, including the TonTons and a gay rapper named Le1f.
